Meiklejohn Critical Care Pavilion
Grateful patients of Saddleback Medical Center for many years, Bill and Louise Meiklejohn believed in giving back to the community that had cared for them. Their extraordinary generosity resulted in the largest transformational gift in support of critical care services, helping make the Meiklejohn Critical Care Pavilion a reality.
The Meiklejohn Pavilion, which encompasses the Myrtle Dermody Emergency Care Center and Harold & Paulette Fryer Intensive Care Unit, was fully funded through philanthropy and built to meet the growing healthcare needs of our community. Today, their legacy continues to touch countless lives by ensuring patients have access to advanced, compassionate care when they need it most.
